Sib Icon Converter converts Mac OS icons, BMP, JPEG, GIF, PNG, PSD, WMF, PCX, TIFF, WBMP, XPM, XBM and CUR formats into multi-resolution Windows icons. You can add files and folders from Windows Explorer or other file shells using drag and drop.
