Replacement for Show Desktop command. Also it can show in system tray the free RAM memory.


The main purpose of this utility is to avoid the conflict between Microsoft 'Show Desktop.SCF' file and chromatogram SCF files.

More exactly, if you associate SCF files with DNA Baser, the Show Desktop icon in the Task bar will not work any more because its extension is the same as the chromatogram files. This program will replace the Microsoft Show Desktop icon with a new working one. Compared with Microsoft's Show Desktop it has an extra useful feature: it can show your computer's free memory.

Note: please understand that this is not a limitation in DNA Baser software but in Microsoft Windows.
