It has web interface with the identical appearance and controls on the local and distant workstations.
Customers see MPEG-4 coded video and have full management of the software via net that security station can be run with no monitor, keyboard, and mouse attached. Software`s modular composition considerably boosts reliability because all units operate as independent software.
If one unit stops working, other units keep on running. For example if the `capture` module freezes, `watchdog` starts again it right away that viewers don`t notice anything because they are viewing picture via a `playback` part. The program performs `repeated` recording that the `disk full` situation never appears.
The recording can be constant or it can be turned on by motion, human face recognition, or by timetable. The software has pre-alarm and post-alarm recording. Playing back recorded video is pretty easy and performs on the surveillance pc as well as on distant server through Web interface.
The software performs simultaneous video playback for event analysis from multiple webcams concurrently. Also recorded data can be searched by date, time or by face detected. All recorded files can be encrypted and password protected.
