The program has been created as general program for security cross platforms working concurrently with wireless and wired IP webcams, TV-cards, capture cards, power-line, and USB webcams. It has web interface with the identical form and controls on the local and remote pcs.
Customers see MPEG coded video and have complete control of the program via net that security server can be operated without monitor, keyboard, and mouse attached. Program`s modular configuration extensively increases reliability because all components proceed as independent programs.
If one module fails, other components continue working. For instance if the `record` part freezes, `watchdog` starts over it instantly that users don`t notice anything because they are watching picture through a `playback` part. The software does `repeated` recording that the `disk full` situation never occurs.
The recording can be constant or it can be activated by movement, human face recognition, or by timetable. The program has pre-alarm and post-alarm recording. Playing back recorded video is pretty easy and performs on the surveillance workstation as well as on distant workstation through Web interface.
The program performs simultaneous video playback for event analysis from many cameras simultaneously. Also recorded data can be searched by date, time or by face detected. All recorded data can be encrypted and password protected.
