The program has been designed as universal product for security cross platforms running concurrently with wireless and wired IP webcams, TV-boards, capture boards, power-line, and USB webcams. It has web interface with the identical appearance and functionality on the local and apart workstations.
Customers watch MPEG-4 coded video and have full control of the program using network that surveillance workstation can be run with no monitor, keyboard, and mouse attached. Software`s modular configuration significantly increases reliability because all components operate as independent programs.
If one part fails, other units continue working. For example if the `capture` part fails, `watchdog` starts over it immediately that viewers don`t notice anything because they are viewing video via a `playback` part. The program makes `cyclic` recording that the `hard drive full` situation never happens.
The recording can be constant or it can be turned on by movement, human face recognition, or by timetable. The program has pre-alarm and post-alarm recording. Playing back recorded video is pretty simple and performs on the surveillance station as well as on distant pc via Web interface.
The software makes synchronized video playback for event analysis from multiple cameras concurrently. Also recorded information can be searched by date, time or by face detected. All recorded data can be encrypted and password protected.
