The program has been designed as universal software for security cross platforms running all together with wireless and wired IP cameras, Television-boards, capture boards, power-line, and USB webcams. It has web interface with the similar form and functionality on the local and apart pcs.
Customers view MPEG coded video and have complete control of the software through network that security pc can be run with no monitor, keyboard, and mouse connected. Program`s modular structure drastically increases reliability because all parts operate as autonomous software.
If one unit freezes, other units go on running. For instance if the `capture` module freezes, `watchdog` restarts it right away that users don`t notice anything because they are watching video using a `playback` component. The software makes `cyclic` recording that the `disk full` situation never occurs.
The recording can be constant or it can be activated by motion, human face recognition, or by timetable. The program has pre-alarm and post-alarm recording. Playing back recorded video is pretty simple and performs on the surveillance computer as well as on remote computer via Web interface.
The program makes simultaneous video playback for event analysis from many cameras at the same time. Also recorded data can be searched by date, time or by face detected. All recorded files can be encrypted and password protected.
