Our HTML Mailer enables you to create professional email templates for your company or for clients.
The program is a cost saving developer of professional email templates combined with a high speed mass mailer. It will store and dispatch up to 12, 000 emails at a time. The program uses the TinyMCE html editor supplied by Moxiecode to create and publish email templates.
With HTML Mailer 3.0 you can:
1. Import address books from Yahoo Mail, Microsoft Mail, Google Mail and other mail services as comma delimited files. Users can also type email addresses directly into the Address Book.
2. Attach category "Tags" to email addresses (customers, prospects, work contacts, teams, personal IDs) and then select contacts using their tags before mailing. Up to three tags can be attached to an address. Combinations of tags can be used to create address lists.
3. Choose combinations of first/last names to address each email. Greetings can be any style such as Hi, Hello, Dear, Greetings...etc. Each email is individually addressed.
4. Create sign off messages to include in all your emails.
5. Incorporate images, web links, form links, tables, media, texts into your templates.
6. Mail templates to up to 12, 000 contact addresses at a time.
7. Replaces any commercial emailing services you may be using with extra features and enabling you to exercise maximum control over your email contents and layouts.
