The basic principle of implementation - server / client enables to create compact and distributed solutions. The basic kit consists of a product application server, a Web client and a configuration application. This kit can easily be installed on one computer / server with running "desktop" or server Windows OS or divided into multiple workstations.
Server application contains the server and client interfaces consisting of communications and database drivers to connect external data sources and also the interface to connect the desktop and web client applications.
It ensures the execution of the application logic over the data from connected external data sources, and also generates alarms, reports, controls external applications and conveys the processed data to client applications. Its functionality can be extended by the custom program modules.
Configurator allows you to define the connection of external data sources, data processing methods, define and / or map the structure of the connected database tables, to map external OPC and DDE servers, to configure alarms and reports as well as to define directory structure for the actual data. It can also be used for debugging of applications and as a "desktop" client application.
Web Client application allows users registered in the server domain to view the latest data from the server in the directory tree structure, and also the data in process databases trough Internet. Data can be displayed in various types of web browsers on different devices - PC, tablet, mobile phone. It also provides interactive reports in csv, xls, pdf and doc formats, It functions as alarm client and provides access to the log files
